4-Level Anti-Fraud System
Level 1: Direct Pump Connection
Wireless connection between the EPT and the forecourt controller (Fusion 3000, Fusion 6000, Tokheim FuelPOS). Transactions are received in real time from the pump, eliminating manual entry and post-payment fraud.
Level 2: NFC Windshield Tag
Tamper-proof contactless tag attached to the vehicle windscreen. Contains vehicle identity (model, make, color, registration). Self-destructs after tearing. Seamlessly verifies authorized vehicle and driver.
Level 3: EPT Camera Proof
In offline mode, the EPT captures a photo of the pump display showing amount and volume after every transaction. Photos are uploaded with transactions as audit proof. The only fleet solution with this capability.
Level 4: GPS + In-Tank Monitoring
Fleet card reporting cross-references vehicle GPS location at fueling time vs. station location. In-tank fuel monitoring detects discrepancies. Mileage reports include odometer, cost per gallon, MPG, and cost per mile.
